While we were mixing "The Book of Winter Fireworks", a decade ago, I had an absolute perfect afternoon with Tim Oakley and Jared Phelps recording these demos for what I imagined would be our next full length album. If you have been to any of our shows throughout that time I'm certain you will recognize a few of these gems. Please enjoy these acoustic versions of songs, you may or may not know, untouched by the filthy hands of the people who usually bring my music to life.

Recorded on a farm in Cambridge, New York, the album fuses a more traditional acoustic folk style with a heavy electric guitar driven sound. Produced by Timothy Oakley, the album features notable guests such as Daniel de Jesus of Rasputina and Donna Baird of Sgt. Dunbar & The Hobo Banned.
